Product Return Policy
Because coffee is a perishable product, all coffee sales are final.
That said, if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or just not right, we’ve got you. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
For non-perishable items such as merchandise, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items damaged due to improper storage, misuse or improper care after delivery
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
